Tabby cat lounging on a weathered wooden deck licking a front paw. He looks blissful. Liath (LEE-ah), is the Gaelic word meaning grey, or more specifically, having a colour between black and white, like ash or stone. The ambiguity and nuance is appealing.

Gaelic is a fascinating language. If you have the privilege to go to the north of Scotland, you can look out over the water and imagine it goes on forever – endless, unexplored possibilities.

I believe style should be the same. Speaking of which, clearly this is not a photo of me – part of my style is staying behind the camera, making things and photographing things. This little dude owns the place, I just work here. I might upload a photo of me someday.
